Approved Trainers

RoMS Approved Trainers are accredited to deliver the official RoMS mobility scoring training course. All trainers have been vetted and approved by the RoMS committee.

What is an Approved Trainer?

An Approved Trainer is a RoMS-accredited individual who is qualified to deliver the official RoMS mobility scoring training course to candidates wishing to become registered scorers.

All approved trainers have undergone a rigorous assessment process and are subject to ongoing quality assurance by the RoMS committee.

  • The AHDB standardised mobility scoring methodology
  • Practical on-farm scoring technique
  • Inter-observer reliability and calibration
  • RoMS standards, ethics and reporting requirements
  • Assessment and certification criteria
